For telephone support please call our support team on 0871 223 5878 leaving a contact number and we will return your call as soon as possible, alternatively please e-mail the support team on support@moortek.co.uk who will respond as soon as possible. It would greatly assist the support team if you could have your original invoice number to hand when calling the support team. Please include this invoice number when sending any email to the support team.
If you wish to arrange for an under warranty collection please e-mail us on warranty@moortek.co.uk stating the serial number of the unit you wish to be collected in the subject line of the e-mail. We will e-mail you back with an RMA number which must be clearly marked on the outside of your returned package. It is advisable to contact the support team on the above number before asking for an RMA number as any repairs effected to your unit that are not covered by warranty will be chargeable. We will assume that all goods returned under an RMA number are for a repair regardless of warranty cover or not and charged accordingly. Full terms and conditions are printed on the reverse of your invoice.
For driver and firmware updates to the hardware supplied by Moortek please browse the manufactures web site. For a full listing of the hardware used in your unit please refer to your original invoice.

 

Dial-up Details and Support

When reporting an error, please ensure you have done the following:
• You have tried both phone numbers when trying to dial in (see below)
• Your username and password are entered correctly and in lower-case (win95/98 dial up networking, win ME, 2000, XP network connections)

If for any reason you think your website may be down or there is a problem connecting to the web or collecting your email and you have checked your settings then please do not hesitate to call us immediately at any time on 0871 223 5878

When you telephone it will help to have the error message written down, and for you to be in front of your computer.

We are not happy unless you are happy with the your internet service.

ADSL Support

If you are having difficulties connecting to your ADSL service first check that your modem/router is working properly (usually shown by lights on the equipment).
Another possible cause is sometimes due to a problem with your BT exchange. This rare occurance is usually rectified within 30 minutes. If after this period you are still having difficulties please feel free to call up on 0871 223 5878 but you may first like to check your settings as below.

For Windows 95/98 you will find these in My Computer > Dialup networking.

For Windows ME/2000/XP you will find these in Control Panel > Network connections
